چکیده
Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is one of the most valuable horticultural crops, not only for its economic importance but also high nutritional value and sensory qualities. The arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM) fungus Rhizophagus irregularis can improve plant nutrient uptake decrease seedling transplanting shock. Although R. extensively studied AMF species, there a paucity data on effects this species processing tomato seedlings produced in an aerated hydroponic float system. A greenhouse experiment with four treatments three replications was established completely randomized design. contained addition 0, 40, 80, 120 fungal spores per L solution (control, AMF1, AMF2, AMF3, respectively). Root colonization analysis proved that maximum dose applied (AMF3) supported to large extent, succeeding 36.74%. In addition, highest values total dry weight (1.386 g), survival rate (94.79%), N content (3.376 mg 100 g DW) P (0.497 were observed under AMF3 treatment. conclusion, application doses AM solutions system leads substantial improvement quality growth seedlings.

Genome-wide analysis of copper, iron and zinc transporters in the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus Rhizophagus irregularis
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), belonging to the Glomeromycota, are soil microorganisms that establish mutualistic symbioses with the majority of higher plants. The efficient uptake of low mobility mineral nutrients by the fungal symbiont and their further transfer to the plant is a major feature of this symbiosis. Besides improving plant mineral nutrition, AMF can alleviate heavy metal tox...
متن کاملA dipeptide transporter from the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus Rhizophagus irregularis is upregulated in the intraradical phase
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), which form an ancient and widespread mutualistic symbiosis with plants, are a crucial but still enigmatic component of the plant micro biome. Nutrient exchange has probably been at the heart of the success of this plant-fungus interaction since the earliest days of plants on land. To characterize genes from the fungal partner involved in nutrient exchange, an...

Extended Abstract Introduction: Today, seed priming is widely used to improve seed germination in a wide range of plant species. As a result of seed pre-treatment, several molecular and biochemical changes occur, including increased macromolecule synthesis, enzyme activity and formation of different metabolites. Enzymatic and metabolic activities, synthesis of proteins in quantitative and qual...
